Who I Am
I was shaped by the rhythm and resilience of New Orleans—and I bring that same blend of grit, warmth, and creativity into everything I do. I’m a mother, a caregiver, a neurodivergent creative, and a mental health advocate with a deep commitment to clarity, compassion, and meaningful connection.
My day-to-day life is a mix of toddler giggles, new tech experimentation, and caring for my mom as she navigates dementia. These roles have taught me patience, adaptability, and the power of presence. They’ve also made me fiercely protective of my time, values, and energy—things I bring with intention to every project I support.
These lived experiences are at the heart of how I show up in my work: with care, intention, and a deep respect for the people and stories behind every business.

With nearly two decades in retail leadership and over 12 years managing store operations, I’ve learned how to build systems that support people, not just profit. Today, through Spark & Flourish, I help small businesses create order, clarity, and sustainability—from backend systems and digital organization to launch support and client care.
